The approximately two-acre property sits on a heavily guarded island that is also home to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and other well-known figures.
The mansion spans roughly 30,000 square feet and was designed by architect and designer Ferris Rafauli.
The home features a jazz lounge, a secret library passageway, a 1,500-gallon fish tank, a spa, a 60-foot pool, and a 135-foot boat dock.
The purchase sets a new record for the most expensive residential sale in Miami-Dade County history, surpassing the previous record of $120 million.
