Microsoft has introduced the Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra, a powerful new AI laptop designed as a strong competitor to Apple's MacBook Pro. The device comes equipped with advanced NVIDIA chips, up to 128GB of memory, and storage capacity up to 2TB, primarily designed for programmers and AI creators.
The device features a lightweight design and is capable of smoothly running regional AI agents with parameters exceeding 120 billion. Additionally, it includes a 15-inch PixelSense Ultra display, offers over 12 hours of battery life, and comes with multiple connectivity options.
The new AI laptop has a starting price of $2,599 USD and is scheduled to begin shipping on October 16th. Microsoft also plans to release more powerful versions along with the Microsoft Surface RTX Spark Dev Box, specifically designed for developers.
