Apple က iOS 13 မှာ Location Tracking အတွက် Control အသစ် ၁ ခုကို ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့နှစ်က မိတ်ဆက်ခဲ့ပြီး App တွေက သင့် Location Data ကို ၁ ကြိမ်ပဲ သုံးလို့ရအောင် ရွေးချယ်ခွင့်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခုတော့ Google ကလည်း Apple ရဲ့ လမ်းစဉ်ကို လိုက်လာပြီး Android 11 Developer Preview မှာ အလားတူ Location Control ကို မိတ်ဆက်လိုက်ပါတယ်။
အဲဒီ Preview ကို ဖြန့်ချိလိုက်ပြီ ဖြစ်ပြီး App တွေအတွက် One-time Location Access ပါလာပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် Microphone နဲ့ Camera Access အတွက် အလားတူ Permission တွေလည်း ထည့်သွင်းထားပါတယ်။ Google က Dialogue Box ကနေ “ Allow all the time “ Permission ကို ဖယ်ရှားလိုက်တဲ့အတွက် App က စဖွင့်တဲ့အချိန်မှာ Background Location ကို တောင်းဆိုလို့ မရတော့ပါဘူး။ User က Settings ထဲကနေ ခွင့်ပြုပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။
Google က App ဟာ Permission ရပြီးနောက် Foreground Service အနေနဲ့ Run နေသမျှ Permission ရနေတယ်လို့ ရှင်းပြထားပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ဘယ်လောက်ကြာကြာ Permission ရနေမလဲဆိုတာ ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း မသိရသေးပါဘူး။
Google က Location အပါအဝင် Camera နဲ့ Microphone အတွက် One-time Permission ဖန်တီးပေးလိုက်တာ တော်တော် ကောင်းပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ Selfie နဲ့ Voice ကနေ User တွေကို Verify လုပ်ဖို့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ App တွေအတွက် အသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။ Android 11 ထွက်လာတော့မှပဲ အဲဒီ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် အသစ်တွေကို သေချာလေ့လာနိုင်မှာပါ။
